- What is spoken word poetry?
Spoken Word is poetry intended for verbal performance; however, it can also be read silently in written form.
- Do you have products in Spanish?
Yes, we have translated a select few items into Spanish. These products are minimalist style with only a few words on the front.
- What does "Limited Edition" mean for your company?
Limited Edition means that once the time period for the collection has completed, the designs and associated poetry will be retired for a period of time. Some pieces from a former collection may be reprised at a later date, but each item will be different. Every new Poetry Chief Apparel Drop is unique and inspired by an original poem that is supportive of the mission of the company. The Limited-Edition business model creates exclusive access to a small number of people, making each item truly distinctive.
- How often do you drop new collections?
We drop new collections at least 4 times per year and sometimes more often!
- Are you sending $1.00 from every purchase during the Put On Love + Poetry Collection towards the development of a feature length film?
Yes! Our sister company, Butterfly Chief Films, is producing a feature narrative film called "What She Wrote" and Poetry Chief Apparel is partnering to support the film's crowdfunding efforts. Please consider following the film development page on Instagram: @WhatSheWroteFilm
- What is your refund and exchange policy?
Return Policy:
We value you as our customer. As a small business we are only able to accept returns for any item that is misprinted, damaged or defective within 30 days after the product has been received. If an item is lost in transit, please note that all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at service@poetrychief.com
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors or change of mind. For example, if you ordered an extra-large blue but decide you want a large orange, we are unable to refund or exchange an item based on size, color or other preferences.
